In the world of permanent makeup, Brovi has long been a name associated with reliability, consistency, and results you can trust. Recently, the brand introduced an important update: a new label design.
But let’s be clear from the start — while the look of the bottles has changed, the formulas inside remain exactly the same.

What’s New on the Labels
Each bottle now comes with a unique batch number, making it easier to trace production and ensure quality control. This gives artists added confidence in their tools and simplifies documentation when needed.
The second change is the date format. Production and expiration dates are now printed in the clear Day/Month/Year style. This eliminates confusion and makes storage and usage more straightforward.
During the transition, you may receive bottles with either the old or new labels, but the pigment inside is identical.
The Brovi Pigment Guide
Alongside this redesign, Brovi has released an updated Pigment Guide. It explains every line in detail and even shares recipes for mixing shades.
The Essential collection is the brand’s classic set of hybrid brow shades. With eight tones ranging from light to dark, they can be mixed endlessly to achieve virtually any brow color. The healed result is dense and saturated, with impressive retention from the very first session.
The Brovi Plus series offers hybrid-organic pigments with a higher concentration. These warm-toned shades implant quickly, reducing procedure time, and heal into soft, natural results without shifting toward gray or cool undertones.
For artists who want pigments that are forgiving and easy to work with, there is the Brovi One mineral line. These inorganic shades are hypoallergenic, gentle on sensitive skin, and fade evenly without unwanted color shifts. They are ideal for both beginners and professionals who prioritize safety and natural results.
Lips are covered by the Brovi XOXO line. These highly pigmented, versatile shades allow you to recreate anything from a subtle tint to a bold lipstick effect. Depending on the technique and use of diluents, the same color can heal softly or appear rich and saturated.
For eyeliner and lash work, Brovi offers the Black Line with two shades: Black Square for a pure carbon black finish, and Ultra Black, which contains a trace amount of red iron oxide. This small addition prevents the healed result from shifting toward brown and ensures a long-lasting, deep black color.
Other specialized lines include correctors and modifiers, primers for lips, vibrant mineral and acid shades for bold effects, and carefully designed mixes that address specific challenges like gray or cool lips.
Why This Matters
These updates show that Brovi is continuously working to make life easier for PMU professionals. With smarter labels and a comprehensive guide, artists now have better tools not only in their hands but also in their knowledge base. The pigments remain exactly as powerful and reliable as ever, but the added clarity and documentation bring the brand to an even higher level of professionalism.
