All the orders placed before 2 pm EST on weekdays, ship out the same day. 

Shipping times vary from 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 21 business days for international orders.

Please, note that International orders might be subject to customs and duty fees.

Supreme Permanent is NOT RESPONSIBLE for customs and duty fees that might be charged to your order.

Supreme Permanent is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost and undeliverable packages. It is the customers' responsibility to provide the correct address and to contact USPS if their package was lost, damaged, or undeliverable.

It is the customer's responsibility to timely pay customs and duty fees to receive their order on time.

If the customer refuses to pay customs fees, their order will be returned to Supreme Permanent, and a refund to the customer will be processed in the original amount minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee to the original payment method.
